Swiss Trolleybus
Society (TVS)

The Swiss Trolleybus Society (TVS) was founded in 1996. We aim to preserve, exhibit and run historically interesting trolleybuses which were built and used for public transport in Switzerland. After the introduction of trolleybus networks in this country almost 80 years ago, most of the many interesting vehicles have been scrapped, some after long periods of service. Only a few are kept by urban transport enterprises or preserved by museums or other institutions. The Swiss Trolleybus Society has already acquired the following 11 interesting vehicles and saved them from making their last journey to the scrapyard:
Please help us so that we can continue to build up a collection of preserved trolleybuses! Our buses are currently stabled under fairly quaint conditions and are not yet accessible to the public, and we still have a very long way to go to achieve a real museum trolleybus line with restored rolling stock.
